WebI personally never saw any issues prior to getting gsync. Until then I turned off gsync and I had screen tearing (I think) due to the fact I was limiting the game to 165 fps. And I could actually get like 400. It a Was only noticable on the floor in wow classic. Turned V sync on. Disappeared. G sync does the same.
