The TCR was introduced to address the issues many businesses have faced due to Triads. The purpose was to help create a level playing field for businesses whereby they would fall into one of four fixed charging bands. WebSo, what’s the background to the Targeted Charging Review? On 21 st November 2024, Ofgem published its final decision on the Targeted Charging Review (TCR). The TCR is part of Ofgem’s ongoing work to update the way that consumers pay for their use of the electricity network infrastructure.
